When the daylight fades, the houses turn to glass. High in the thin air, a settlement rests between the peaks and the clouds. As the light softens, the walls grow transparent — homes, churches, the small movements of people all dissolving into the calm of altitude. Nothing is hurried here. The day loosens its hold, and for a moment the whole town seems made of light rather than stone.
